Ōtautahi Christchurch-based artist Richard Elderton presents a new exhibition of richly balanced oil paintings. Across his artworks Elderton navigates the edges of memory and familiarity, immersing the viewer in shifting narrative journeys. With an attuned sensibility to colour and composition, each Elderton painting engages with a beautifully refined view of the world and how we experience it.
